Teams also will present a poster presentation to a panel of judges, which will include 左爱视频 High School students and volunteers from local industry partners.
The top middle school team and top high school team will qualify to compete in the National SeaPerch Challenge at Louisiana State University in May. The top teams will also receive trophies designed and fabricated by 左爱视频 High School students.
SeaPerch is a national program that provides students with the opportunity to learn about robotics, engineering, science, and mathematics. While building an ROV, students learn about problem solving and teamwork, and are exposed to careers in naval architecture and marine engineering.
